Step 1: Get a Quote
Go to our Get a Quote form and tell us about your plush. Provide all the details of your plush toy and upload the artwork, even if all you have is a drawing! Our quotes include all costs, you will not be surprised with hidden fees at the end of the process!
Your quote will include a dedicated project manager, a professional toy designer, a plush sample (which is yours to keep), a sewn-in label, hangtag, and shipping.
In order to give you the most accurate quote, we will need as much detail as possible. Many of the fields in the form are mandatory. This allows us to be competitive with our pricing.
All quotes are custom, just like your custom plush toy!
Step 2: Design a Prototype
Prototype fees begin at $500. This includes unlimited revisions within a year. Our expert designer designs your prototype with extreme care. She is amazing at finding the exact right high-quality materials and fabrics to make your dream plush come to life beautifully.
Creating your initial prototype takes approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the level of detail. We send images of the prototype after each revision. Once you have approved the images, we send the prototype to you so you can request any final changes you wish after interacting with your plush.
If you love your prototype, we move onto the manufacturing process.
Step 3: Production
When you are ready to being production, we require a deposit of 50% on your order of plushies to begin. Our typical timeline for custom plush animals and other custom plush toys is 90 to 120 days.
We confirm the pricing with the factory that the price per unit is still what we initially provided. This can sometimes change based on revisions, size changes, material, and level of detail on the individual units. Your final payment for the custom plush is due prior to them being shipped to your location.
